Territory Sales Manager (TSM) - Seattle East

Salary: $100,000 plus a robust, performance driven variable structure that rewards your success.

Promote and sell the Company’s neurovascular products to customers in assigned territory; provide technical support and educate customers in the use of the Company’s products; manage administrative and business relationship between assigned customers and Company.

\n

\n

What You'll be Doing

\n

\n
• Meet or exceed territory sales goals.
\n
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive sales growth, market penetration, and account development.
\n
• Cultivate customer relationships to advance business and sales objectives
\n
• Manage account programs (e.g., pricing, consignment inventory, contracts, promotions, etc.) within assigned territory
\n
• Conduct in-services, training sessions, and educational programs for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper product understanding, safe usage, and optimal patient outcomes
\n
• Work with Marketing, Customer Service and other functional departments to promote and manage business in assigned territory
\n
• Attend and participate in business and training meetings as designated to acquire or strengthen skills on new products or sales programs and clinical procedures
\n
• Maintain and expand existing product sales; launch new products into assigned customer base
\n
• Support training functions and attend trade shows and sales meetings as required.

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience
\n
2. Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific, technical journals, financial reports and legal documents
\n
3. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
\n
4. Ability to make presentations to members of the medical and business community
\n
5. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
\n
6. Ability to teach and educate others on complex business and sales challenges
\n
7. Ability to collaborate and work well with others on a project basis
\n
8. Ability to analyze market data and conduct analytical sales analyses
\n
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
10. Excellent time management skills
\n
11. Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
\n

1. Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated success in a consultative sales role and/or Angio Suite sales experience.
