Shop Technician 8/24/26 Mesa, Arizona, USA, 85210-6105 36644 Onsite Position Join Komatsu and Be Part of Something Big! Key Job Responsibilities Perform mechanical repair, inspection, disassembly, assembly, and rebuild work on heavy equipment components in the Shop Work on mechanical portions of components related to electric drive haul trucks and electric shovels. Support shop repair and remanufacturing work as assigned. Inspect components for wear, damage, or required repairs. Use mechanical aptitude and shop experience to troubleshoot and complete assigned work. Follow safety, quality, and shop procedures. Work collaboratively with shop leadership and team members to complete jobs efficiently and accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, and test and adjust assemblies with minimal supervision. Ability to provide accurate quotes and pricing estimates to the customer. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, give recommendations for repairs. Test and verify correct operation of all repairs and adjustments. Apply general failure analysis and procedures to determine proper diagnosis.
