The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs so that customers can focus on running their business. A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready and check for any missed items. Customers arrive throughout the morning with a variety of requests—Wi‑Fi code changes, package inquiries, meeting room directions, projector setup, and more. You also ensure services are correctly charged so invoices are accurate. During breaks, you take a quick coffee, relax, and then handle mail. While sorting mail you email earlier customers about their packages. Afternoon brings new customers needing printing help, invoice assistance, and service portal tickets for issues like a hot team room. You join the Community Manager to organize next week’s networking event, write e‑invites to customers, create and post posters, and discuss outreach. You encourage prospects to join the community so they can attend the event, all while keeping the center tidy and closing the day.
