Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy predictive models and AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machine learning, data processing, and cloud-based AI/ML environments.

Must Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning / Data Science / AI
- Strong hands-on experience with Python
- Strong experience with SQL (Mandatory)
- Experience with Machine Learning / Deep Learning techniques
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Experience cleansing and transforming large/complex datasets
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Databricks and/or Google BigQuery
- Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard/visualization tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MLOps tools/practices such as MLflow, Kubeflow
- Experience documenting models, code, and data pipelines
- Experience presenting findings/results to stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
