Hire Dynamics is searching to fill several Warehouse Associates in Gastonia!

As a Manufacturing associate you will be responsible for ensuring all products are packaged to customer specifications as defined in production packaging instructions. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Shift/Pay:

1st shift 7am – 3pm (Mon-Fri)
2nd shift 3pm-11pm (Mon-Fri)
3rd shift 11pm-7am (Sun-Thur)
OT required on weekends
Pay $16-18

Responsibilities for this Manufacturing Associate job include:

Using an iPod scanner to match 1x4 labels with 4x6 labels.
Applying 4x6 labels to shipping containers with high attention to detail.
Other tasks as assigned by lead or Manager
Previous forklift experience or certification is preferred
Read work orders, and number verification

Verify compliance with quality, safety, production standards, work rules, and efficient operation of equipment

Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Packer jobs
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of related experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs .
Flexibility in schedule to work overtime as needed
Ability to wear steel toes
