Job Description

We're looking for an ambitious, confident, and go-getter Sales Intern to join our team. This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, cold calling, and relationship management while working closely with our sales and business development team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with potential clients, eager to learn, and motivated by achieving sales and lead-generation goals.

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with the Sales and Business Development team to identify and connect with potential clients.
2. Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and client outreach to generate and qualify sales leads.
3. Communicate with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
4. Understand client requirements and effectively communicate our services and value proposition.
5. Assist in converting qualified leads into business opportunities and support the sales team throughout the sales process.
6. Maintain and update lead and client information in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
7. Assist in executing email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns for lead generation.
8. Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers to identify new sales opportunities.
9. Track daily outreach, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions and share regular updates with the team.
10. Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

Qualifications

• Passing year: 2025, 2026, or 2027 (preferred).
• Background in Management, Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with potential clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
• Strong learning attitude and interest in pursuing a career in Sales or Business Development.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, marketing, internships, or customer-facing roles.
