Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care. Educate patients on wellness and healthy lifestyle choices. Maintain accurate and compliant medical records Qualifications: Valid NP or PA license in West Virginia 7+ years of experience for Family Medicine preferred Strong interpersonal and clinical skills.
