Capability of standing and bending over for long periods of time while performing manual labor with or without reasonable accommodations. Working Hours- Fulltime employment (40+ hours/week) Personal Traits- Good communication skills with positive teamwork attitude. Conscientious attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow direction and or work independently, able to multi-task and trouble shoot. Punctuality and safe work habits. Be an example of safety and quality for other production employees. Job Duties and Responsibilities Work safely and ensure hazardous conditions are eliminated. Follow company safety procedures. Ensure the highest quality standards are met with all work done. Understand Quality / Safety Policy and Objectives. Ensure output meets required deadlines while executing above. Act as a liaison between Quality and Production departments. Ensure cross departmental communication is accurate and effective. Final inspection and packaging of parts prior to delivery to customer. Complete daily checklists on designated equipment and maintain records. Accurately maintain MES system as instructed. Arrive to work in a punctual manner and be willing to work overtime when needed. Assist in monthly inventory process. Maintain neat and clean work area. Other ad hoc duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must be able to visually inspect parts with high attention to detail. Ability to differentiate between different parts and materials. Possess basic math, reading, and computer skills. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent experience. Why Should You Choose Latitude Corp?
