The Role As a Service Business Development Representative (BDC), you'll be the voice that keeps our customers connected to our award-winning service department. This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, communicating with people, and creating exceptional customer experiences. You'll proactively reach out to customers, coordinate service appointments, execute customer retention campaigns, and help ensure every customer receives the attention and care they deserve. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and the ongoing success of our service team. What You'll Own

• Be the friendly voice that keeps our customers connected to the Knudtsen service experience.
• Turn service inquiries into scheduled appointments through prompt, professional, and personalized communication.
• Proactively reach out to Mazda and Lincoln owners with targeted service reminders, maintenance campaigns, and special offers.
• Re-engage customers who are due for service and help bring them back into the service lane.
• Build lasting customer relationships through appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and satisfaction calls.
• Partner with our sales and service teams to ensure customers receive a seamless ownership experience.
• Help drive customer loyalty by delivering exceptional service before customers even arrive at the dealership.
• Play a key role in growing our service department while creating customers for life.

What We're Looking For

• A positive, customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and building relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create genuine connections.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn dealership software systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and time management skills.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check, credit check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening.
