CDLA Drivers Run Solo or Train Drivers High Weekly Pay

Bobcat Transport

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers looking for steady miles, strong weekly earnings, and flexible earning opportunities. Drivers can run solo or step into a trainer role to increase income.

This is a great opportunity for drivers who want consistent freight, newer equipment, and simple pay structure.

Driver Options

Solo Drivers

• Consistent miles and dedicated freight
• All miles paid + fuel surcharge
• No forced dispatch
• Dry van freight available

Trainer Opportunity (Higher Earning Potential)

• Earn $1.45–$1.55 per mile on all miles
• Get paid for your miles plus trainee miles
• Additional bonuses after trainee upgrades
• Great option for drivers wanting to maximize income

Equipment

• 2021–2022 Peterbilt 579
• Cummins engines
• Fridge, inverter, XM radio
• TV mount
• Well-maintained, ready to run

Freight & Lanes

• Mostly dedicated routes
• Dry van freight
• No Northeast
• Nothing past Texas
• Consistent freight available

No Extra Fees

• Trailer provided
• Cargo & liability insurance included
• Permits included
• ELD & Transflo provided
• No hidden deductions

Home Time

• Typically out 10–12 days
• Flexible scheduling
• Run more if you want more income

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• 3+ months experience
• Good MVR
• No SAP drivers
