Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 18:30-07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in skilled nursing or other 24/7 skilled care environments. License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Minimum of 13 weeks experience with EHR system. Experience in Med-Surg or inpatient rehabilitation. Description: Seeking an experienced registered nurse for a rehabilitation unit. The position involves providing care to adults requiring inpatient rehabilitation services. Candidates must have experience in Med-Surg or inpatient rehabilitation related to high acuity patient needs. Nurses are expected to assist with all aspects of patient care and respond to call lights for safety. The unit operates with a patient ratio of 1 nurse to 7 patients. Equipment used includes mobility devices, vital machines, EKG machines, and computers for charting. The role requires collaboration with certified nursing assistants. Attendance and adherence to internal policies are mandatory. Breaks will be scheduled as part of a 12-hour shift, with two paid 15-minute breaks.
