Responsibilities

Charlotte Surgery Center's Museum Campus is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse Manager to lead our perioperative team. Enjoy a Monday Friday schedule with no call, no nights, no weekends and no holidays! Join a growing center with new leaders team outings, potluck luncheons, fan favorite Fridays and more! Our center has a low acuity patient population where we perform multispecialty surgeries with a heavy emphasis on Ortho.

Join a winning team! The OR RN Manager role oversees daily OR operations, ensures high-quality patient care, and supports a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support OR nursing staff, ensuring safe, efficient patient care.
• Manage daily surgical operations, staffing, scheduling, and room utilization.
• Ensure compliance with AORN standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize workflow.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• BSN required or in progress; MSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of OR RN Circulator experience.
• Previous nursing leadership experience required.
• BLS required; CNOR preferred.
