• Required certification: Physical Therapist
• 1+ years of experience
• Unit Notes:Oregon License is REQUIRED for this assignment but do not need to have in hand at time of submittal (per manager, John Airoldi) Physical Therapist # of patients treated per day Outpatient 10 hour days, 12 patients General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS Other Certs Required for all PT: Common diagnosis / Types of patients Mostly Ortho bu small town so a lot of variety.
