Bilingual Client Support Specialist - English/Spanish

ADP is hiring a Client Support Specialist . In this role you will serve as ADP’s front‑line for resolving clients’ challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, training users on ADP technology, and more. You will be the face of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver. Work independently or as part of a team to service ADP’s products and technology. Use your expertise to help clients solve time‑sensitive issues, identify solutions, and provide positive outcomes. Build Relationships. Establish rapport and trust with clients via phone, email, and chat, exceeding expectations and upholding ADP’s core value of Integrity is Everything. Educate and Provide Recommendations. Leverage product and services knowledge to help clients understand value; convert input into best‑practice recommendations for leadership. Organize. Adhere to a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls, with increased demand during peak seasons.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

3–5 years of experience in client‑service, customer‑service, or systems integration environments. Ability to work overtime during peak seasons. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Other Acceptable Experiences Experience mentioned above. Military experience.
