Neuroscience Specialist

Engaging healthcare providers through various in-person, virtual, and digital tools, the full-time Neuroscience Specialist will enhance customer engagement and facilitate discussions on product access and patient care while collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare professionals on product access and established patient care guidance Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups for discussions on healthcare experiences and outcomes Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead, including local market insights to inform strategy Required Qualifications 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience, or 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience in a regulated environment 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, RN) with patient-facing responsibilities Demonstrated ability to communicate complex clinical information and influence stakeholders Strong commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with regulatory standards Must reside within a commutable distance of 50 miles from the primary city in the sales territory
