Job Types: Part‑time, Per diem, PRN Responsibilities On‑call hospice visits after hours Provide accurate and timely documentation Assess and provide patient and family/caregiver education Perform other duties as assigned by the registered nurse Other visits as needed based on availability, including routine and PRN visits, discharges, deaths, CC, etc. Qualifications Demonstrated compassion and commitment to patient‑centered care Active LVN license in the state of California Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation Minimum 1 year of hospice experience; strong understanding of hospice philosophy and end‑of‑life care Prior experience in nursing or related medical fields Experience as an on‑call LVN runner preferred Schedule Days if needed.
