Job Title Digital & IT Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Fort Worth Texas

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible)

We are seeking a hands-on Digital & IT Lead to drive digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role combines project leadership, technical execution, ERP expertise, and team management to deliver scalable business solutions and support critical enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for ERP systems, translating business and manufacturing requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Lead and prioritize a portfolio of IT and digital projects aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and execute complex cross-functional projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts and technical specialists.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment and adoption.
• Identify and implement process improvements using Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years of people management.
• Strong experience with enterprise applications such as ERP, SCM, CRM, or BI platforms.
• Proven success leading IT projects in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms.
• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
• Knowledge of MES, SCADA, and/or Industrial IoT (IIoT) systems.
• PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification.
• Experience with change management and vendor management.
• Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement certifications.
