Registered Nurse – Neuro Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (3x12-Hour Shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Weekends Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Neuro Telemetry unit within a short-term acute care facility
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4, delivering safe and effective nursing interventions
• Float between units as needed to support staffing and patient care demands
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Adhere to facility dress code, compliance requirements, and scheduling commitments including holiday coverage

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
• Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Willingness to float to sister facilities nearby the contracted location as needed
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify under travel guidelines
• Clean background; facility does not accept background hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Neuro Telemetry or Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting
• Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center or acute care hospital environment
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and neuro patient populations
