Ask about food allergies./ppTake accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system./ppMake recommendations based on guests preferences and dietary restrictions./ppAnswer any questions regarding the menu, including allergies and special requests./ppCoordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure the tables orders are prepared and delivered on time and together./ppServe food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and good presentation, and timed so the entire table is served within a reasonable time frame./ppCheck on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests/concerns./ppRefill drinks, clear plates, and reset tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area./ppProvide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guests needs./ppHandle guest complaints or concerns professionally and bring issues to management when necessary./ppCollaborate with fellow servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service./ppPresent bills to guests and handle payment transactions accurately and quickly./ppCommunicate effectively with team members to facilitate a positive working environment./ppAssist colleagues during busy periods or when needed./ppParticipate in pre-shift meetings and training sessions as required./ppUseful qualifications:/ppPrevious experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred./ppExcellent communication and interpersonal skills./ppPositive attitude, enjoyment of hospitality industry./ppAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure./ppStrong multitasking and time management abilities./ppAttention to detail, ensuring accurate order-taking and payment processing./ppKnowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergies./ppBasic math skills for handling payments and calculating tips./ppFlexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays./ppPhysical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods./ppEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
