Sr. BI Engineer

Role: Sr. BI Engineer Type: Contract C2C or W2 Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: Longterm Key Responsibilities Lead Tableau report creation and dashboard architecture. Design enterprise-grade Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions. Convert business requirements into scalable analytical solutions. Work closely with Data Architects, Data Modellers, and Data Engineers to consume curated Gold-layer datasets. Develop reusable Tableau data sources, extracts, and semantic layers. Define KPI frameworks, business metrics, and reporting standards. Optimise dashboard performance and query efficiency on Snowflake. Implement row-level security and governed access controls. Drive data validation, reconciliation, and reporting certification processes. Mentor junior BI engineers and establish Tableau development standards. Participate in sprint planning, demos, stakeholder reviews, and release activities.
