Compensation: $50,000–$100,000+ per year (Performance-Based)

What You'll Do

Your role is simple:

You'll connect with homeowners, identify those interested in residential painting projects, and submit qualified opportunities to our team.

You are NOT responsible for:

• Selling painting contracts
• Preparing estimates
• Managing contractors
• Scheduling projects
• Collecting payments

Our team and contractor partners handle the project after you've submitted a qualified opportunity.

Your responsibilities include:

• Speaking with homeowners through a variety of outreach methods
• Building trust and creating positive first impressions
• Identifying homeowners interested in exterior or interior painting projects
• Collecting basic homeowner information:
• • Name
  • Contact information
  • Property address
  • General project interest
• Submitting qualified opportunities through our system
• Maintaining accurate records

Experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, real estate, construction, canvassing, or other people-focused roles is a plus, but not required .

Compensation

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with performance-based compensation .

Sales Representatives earn a percentage of the revenue generated from completed painting projects that originate from the qualified opportunities they submit.

There is no cap on earnings. The more quality opportunities you generate, the greater your earning potential.

Top-performing representatives may have the opportunity to advance into leadership positions, including Sales Manager roles responsible for:

• Training new Sales Representatives
