Job Responsibilities:

As a Scheduler, youwill


Coordinate Staffing - Develop and maintain accurateschedules for Nursing and Food Services team members, ensuring appropriatestaffing levels across all shifts and buildings.

Partner with Leadership - Collaborate with Nursing, FoodServices, and Human Resources to coordinate staffing needs, PTO requests,leaves of absence, and schedule changes.

Maintain SchedulingSystems - Keep scheduling and timekeepingsystems accurate by documenting schedule changes, absenteeism, and dailystaffing assignments.

Support Team Members - Respond to call-ins, assist withreturn-to-work guidance, orient new team members to scheduling processes, andcommunicate staffing updates across departments.

Ensure Compliance- Maintain scheduling records, contractand per diem documentation, competencies, billing reports, and staffingpractices that meet organizational and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Two to four years of related scheduling or staffing experiencepreferred.

Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn schedulingand timekeeping software.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with multipledepartments in a fast-paced environment.

Active CNA certification preferred or required based onorganizational needs.
