LPN - Long Term Care
WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in providing exceptional care in long-term care facilities. This will be a full-time evening's contract position, 13 weeks, doing 5x8, every other weekend and holiday. Please submit your resume.
Position Overview:
- Deliver professional nursing care to residents in long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess residents' health status and report any changes promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and health information.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
