The Stretch Practitioner is responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions using Stretch Zones proprietary methods and techniques. Practitioners educate clients on the benefits of stretching while providing a professional, welcoming, and results-driven experience.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about health, fitness, wellness, kinesiology, athletics, or helping others improve their quality of life.

• Perform assisted stretch sessions for clients
• Educate clients on stretching benefits and wellness programs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Encourage client retention and membership participation
• Maintain accurate client notes and session documentation
• Ensure a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
• Support studio sales goals through client engagement and referrals
• Follow all Stretch Zone policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Complete out bound calls

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and assist clients with stretching techniques
• Ability to stand and move throughout scheduled shifts
• Preferred back ground in Kinesiology or anatomy
