Inspira Counseling Center is a growing outpatient mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care to individuals and families throughout Massachusetts. We are seeking a licensed or license-eligible mental health clinician to join our team and provide in-person services at our West Springfield office.

This position is ideal for a clinician looking to supplement an existing role, build additional clinical hours, or grow their caseload within a supportive and collaborative practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to clients in an office setting.
• Complete clinical documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice.
• Collaborate with therapists, psychiatric providers, and administrative staff as needed.
• Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Massachusetts license (LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LMFT) or license-eligible clinician working toward independent licensure.
• Ability to provide a minimum of 10 in-person clinical hours per week.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while remaining part of a collaborative team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
