Workforce Safety & Compliance Leader (COOP & Risk)
City of Tolleson
The City of Tolleson is seeking a knowledgeable Workforce Safety and Compliance Administrator to serve as the primary resource for workforce safety, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, and organizational risk management. This role oversees the citywide safety program, coordinates inspections and training, maintains regulatory records, and leads COOP activities to ensure uninterrupted municipal services during emergencies.
