- Perform inspections of incoming materials, first piece, in-process production, and finished parts & complete all required records and paperwork to include inspection reports.
- Aide in development of quality and inspection plans from design drawings meeting company requirements for ISO 13485.
- Program and operate Vision System inspection machines. Utilize tools such as calipers, micrometers, rulers, gauges.
- Analyze and interpret blueprints. Determine gauge and fixture requirements.
- Identify Corrective and Preventative Actions. Assist in development and implementation of procedures and controls to promote efficient lean operations.
- Recognize, report, and correct errors.
- Conduct one-on-one training of quality procedures.
- HS Diploma or equivalent. Quality Certificate or Associates degree in Quality is a plus, but not required.
- 3+ years related quality experience and prior manufacturing experience/job shop manufacturing environment.
- MUST have ISO 13485 experience.
- Ability to use inspection tools, read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
- Computer skills with experience in MS office. Keyence, Micro Vu, are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, math skills, communication and teamwork abilities.
- Pay Range: $23-24/hour
- Shift(s): 1st shift
- Hours: 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday
