Description Opportunity is calling. Join Hyatt. Hyatt's Corporate Management Training programs are highly sought after by hospitality students. This is the perfect opportunity to experience every facet of hotel operations and begin a fast paced career with Hyatt Hotels. Program Details Sales - Approximate length - 6 months - 6-week rotation through various department of the hotel - 18-week concentration in Sales The Sales Corporate Management Training Program provides a comprehensive, rotational training schedule for individuals with an interest in the Sales function of hospitality, specifically those who ultimately wish to pursue Associate Director and Director of Sales positions within the hotel. The training program will include a rotational schedule through Engineering, Finance, Food & Beverage, Human Resources and Sales in addition to the concentration spent directly in the Events departments. Trainees will complete Guest Relations training, Events and Sales training, function book, and computer skills training. The salary range for this position is $51,800.00-$74,300.00. The final salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and the geographic location where the work will be performed. Compensation will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local wage requirements, including applicable minimum wage requirements. THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree and a preferred minimum G.P.A. of 3.0
- Nine months of relative industry work experience
- Leadership and involvement in campus activities
- Positive references from two previous work experiences
- Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.
- Geographic Flexibility Those not meeting the above requirements will not be considered for the Corporate Management Trainee program, however, may apply directly for other positions at specific hotels by looking at careers.hyatt.com.
