Front of the house Line Server/ Cashier Line servers provide services that invite interaction with guests. They create orders as requested and educate guests about the menu, and also ensure that the restaurant is clean and inviting to all guests at all times. Line servers are expected to welcome and interact with guests throughout their visit, including anticipating and supplying guest needs. They are responsible for checking product quality to ensure all product served is up to standard. Job Skills & Requirements Food Handlers Health Card Alcohol Awareness Card may be required Maintaining a positive attitude. Should at least have a previous experience as a line server Should be a team player Must be creative and have a strong commitment to customer service. Cashier Cashiers must have excellent customer service skills. Cashier must be knowledgeable of the menu in order to accurately record a customer’s order and handle cash/credit/debit cards to process the transactions. Cashiers must be able to listen when customers have problems or concerns with their orders and respond to their questions appropriately.
