Infrastructure Engineer II - Meeting Tech

Our client in Financial Services is seeking a Collaboration/Voice Engineer in NYC. This will be a hybrid role (3 days onsite/2 days remote).

Pay rate: $60/hr.w2.

1 year+ Contract

Key Technical Environment

• Cisco Unified Communications environment

• Voice over IP (VoIP)

• Microsoft Teams (enterprise collaboration platform)

• SIP signaling

• Audio/Visual (A/V) and meeting room design ie: touch pads, in room devices.( device configuration; device management)

Core Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise collaboration and voice environment in NYC

• Assist with migration from Cisco/Webex to Microsoft Teams

• Configure and deploy:

• Teams policies and governance

• System configurations and integrations

• Meeting room / MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms) devices

• Ensure network readiness for voice and collaboration (ports, connectivity, device integration)

• Perform device configuration and deployment across collaboration infrastructure
