Job Responsibilities Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner. Provide excellent customer service to our Residents. Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling. Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies. Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned. Requirements Must be 18 years old or older. Have at least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills. Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal). HVAC installation experience. HVAC troubleshooting experience. Apartment maintenance experience is a plus. Have a valid driver's license. Passing a criminal background check required. Ability to lift 100 lbs. Spanish language skills are a plus. Initiative and customer service skill. A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required, along with a passing criminal background check and pre‑employment drug testing.
