Seeking experienced top producers or established Branch Managers, the full-time Mortgage Branch Manager will oversee sales, recruiting, and staff supervision while working remotely in the Minneapolis, MN area. Key responsibilities: Manage branch activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines while serving as a liaison to corporate divisions Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet company goals and conduct training on industry updates Recruit top mortgage professionals and develop strategic client relationships aligned with corporate objectives Required qualifications: Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
