As a Full-Time Occupational Therapist , you’ll play an essential role in helping patients achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life.

You will:

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and occupational performance.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy services.

• Help patients improve their strength, mobility, coordination, independence, and ability to participate in daily activities.

• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program .

• Current, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice.

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred.

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
