Senior Data Steward, Master DataThe Senior Data Steward, Master Data plays a key role in managing customer data as a strategic business asset across all Thomson Reuters business units. This position is responsible for gathering information requirements, entering, maintaining, and monitoring core data to ensure alignment with company data governance policies and data quality standards.In this role, the Senior Data Steward ensures that all master data is accurately loaded and maintained, working closely with business and technical subject matter experts to provide meaningful input to project teams and ensure master data is properly captured and utilized. The steward also supports the broader Master Data Management team in developing procedures for detecting and resolving data quality issues as defined by the Data Governance team.A significant part of this role involves the ongoing, in-depth evaluation of data quality, identifying anomalies and discrepancies, and applying subject matter expertise to determine root causes and implement effective corrective actions. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $82,000 USD - $152,200 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
