As a Financial Services Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing exceptional service, processing transactions, identifying customer needs, and recommending financial solutions that help individuals, families, and businesses succeed.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and deliver an outstanding branch experience
• Process a variety of banking transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with account inquiries and service requests
• Build relationships through meaningful customer conversations
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
• Support branch growth through referrals and customer education
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and balancing standards
• Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with branch teammates to achieve service and business goals

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• Cash handling experience
• Retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience
• Experience meeting performance goals or referral objectives
