HR Business Partner - Global Regulatory

GSK

Position Summary We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support Global Regulatory Affairs within the Chief Medical Officer Organization HR team. This role provides key partnering, change management, business acumen, culture development, and organizational design support for a central R&D function of approximately 2200 staff. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver change projects, diagnosing opportunities and enabling employees to embrace change. Provide business acumen, applying HR insight to improve performance and prioritize initiatives. Develop culture, coach leaders, and build inclusive environments. Partner on organizational design to improve efficiency and track benefits. Plan workforce and strategic capabilities, diagnosing future gaps. Coach leaders on succession planning and talent management. Ensure HR governance and risk management, addressing issues promptly. Collaborate on reward and retention strategy, aligning incentives with business priorities. Basic Qualifications University or college diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. Experience in HR role with business partnering. HR Generalist experience. Understanding of global consultation landscape and process. Hands‑on experience supporting transformation changes. Experience coaching others on complex cultural change. Experience delivering interventions across leadership development, talent management, high‑performing teams, capability building, and performance management. Ability to leverage data and analytics for insights and recommendations. Experience recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and counseling senior leaders. Prior experience in a large, complex organization. Team or matrix leadership experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a highly complex, matrix‑based landscape across diverse cultures and geographies. Skilled in process excellence and continuous improvement. Strong decision‑making, flexible thinking, and calculated risk. Accountability to deliver demanding projects meeting time, cost, quality, and performance criteria. Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
