Bilingual Front Desk Patient Services Advocate II

AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Patient Services Advocate to greet and assist patients at the front desk, manage expectations, and help deliver a compassionate, patient‑centered experience in a busy clinic. You will be a core part of the care team, using clear communication to support smooth visits. Requirements include a high school diploma and 1–2 years in customer service or front‑desk work; bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese is strongly preferred; a valid BLS certification or #J-18808-Ljbffr AltaMed Health Services
