Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice. - All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. **Assessment and Testing:** - PBDS Assessment is waived. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. **Additional Requirements:** - Locals accepted at same BR. - IMPORTANT - BCI/FBI prints are time Sensitive: Must be completed within 48 Hours of signing contract. - Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date. - Extensions: Candidates may extend with client for a period of 18 months; after which a 6 month break is required. Client may choose to defer the required 6 month break on a case by case basis. - Modules: Modules are billable, max of 4 hours, any additional time required for pre-start modules is non-billable. - Modules are completed pre-start and annually, and vary by specialty. - Annual modules are billable up to 4 hours, this only pertains to annual modules required by the facility and applies to travelers who have been on contract for a continuous year.
