Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Server's Assistant/Food Runner to join our team at The Eagle's Nest. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience by supporting servers, delivering food promptly, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Key Responsibilities Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure all orders are delivered correctly according to guest specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dining room, and service areas. Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure a clean dining environment for all guests. Support servers with refilling drinks, providing extra utensils, and attending to guest needs as required. Communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure efficient service. Monitor and stock supplies, such as napkins, silverware, and condiments, throughout the shift. Qualifications Education: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Experience: Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction. Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team‑oriented environment, supporting servers and kitchen staff as needed. Work Ethic: High energy, positive attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent service. Physical Guidelines Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 6–8 hours per shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, and reaching. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent movement. Work Hours Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
