Radiology Technologist

Signature Healthcare’s Brockton Hospital is hiring a Per Diem Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech) (Brockton, MA) Responsibilities Reviews orders and prepares patients for radiologic exam. Performs radiographic examinations while adhering to radiology protocols and safety regulations. Operates radiologic imaging equipment, portable units, and C-arms in compliance with ALARA principles. Supports radiologist as needed. Records all patient information accurately in RIS. Evaluates radiologic images for quality and accuracy. Ensures adequate supplies in the Radiology department. Cleans examination rooms and equipment appropriately after each patient. Ensures that imaging equipment is in good working condition and reports equipment issues for timely repairs. Performs other duties as required or assigned. Qualifications Radiologic Technologist certification from an accredited institution. ARRT and Massachusetts State Radiologic Technologist license.
