Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate caregiver to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients.

We currently have 238 Weekly Hours available!

Here are the current schedules available: 

Clients in San Francisco:

• 84 Hours- Female Client:
  • Daytime - Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
  • Overnight - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 8:00 pm - 8:00 am
• 49 Hours - Female Client: 
  • Overnight - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 7:45 pm 8:00 am
• 12 Hours - Male Client:
  • Monday - Wednesday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
• 18 Hours - Male Client:
  • Monday - Saturday 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
  • Strong Parkinson's Experience

Clients in Daly City & Belmont: 

• 46 Hours in Daly City - Multiple Shifts (CNA REQUIRED): 
  • Mondays - Fridays 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
  • Fridays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Saturdays & Sundays 8:00 am - 12:30 pm
  • Saturdays & Sundays 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm 
• 21 Hours in Belmont - Male Client:
  • Daily 6:00 am - 9:00 am

Client in East Bay:

• 8 Hours in Oakland - Male Client (DRIVING REQUIRED): 
  • Wednesdays 9:30 am - 5:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating

• Remind clients to take prescribed medication 

• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)

• Assist with personal care and hygiene

• Plan and prepare meals

• Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do so

• Perform housekeeping duties

• Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

• Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills

• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day

• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner

• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends

• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)

• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards

• Supportive and compassionate

• High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver

• Take pride in providing high quality care

• Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)
