We have been making quality beverages for the Midwest since 1872 and supplying them from 14 distribution centers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.Position Summary: Responsible for driving and delivery of pre-ordered product to assigned accounts and for rotating and stocking product.Duties/Responsibilities:Check accuracy and stability of the loadDeliver products to customerMerchandise, display and rotate products according to company standardsInvoice and collect monies duePick up company propertySecure company assetsEnsure compliance with regulatory and company policies and proceduresSettle all accounts dailyAble to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assignedEducation/Experience:High-School Diploma/GEDAbility to operate two or four wheel dollyFamiliarity with DOT regulations; must be able to meet all DOT physical requirementsValid Class A CDL and driving record within MVR policy guidelines - Willing to train to obtain CDLRequired Skills/Abilities:Communication SkillsDexterity SkillsProblem SolvingInterpersonal SkillsMust be able to read, speak, and write in English to be able to communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisorWork Environment: Depends upon the customer the employee is serving. May have to climb stairs and work in back rooms.
