General Production Worker

Growing St. Cloud company seeking to hire a general production worker / sandblaster to join their team!
This is a full-time, long-term role on day shift (M-TH). Full benefits package available after completion of probation period.
The General Production Worker / Sandblast Operator prepares, sandblasts, and finishes a variety of different custom products with a high level of precision and care. This role focuses on quality production work in a clean, well-organized facility while following detailed drawings and maintaining consistent attention to detail. This position requires lifting of up to 50 pounds and working in different positions throughout the shift. Candidates will also be using a variety of hand and power tools throughout the shift.
We are looking for candidates with 1+ year of manufacturing experience. If you have previous sandblasting experience, that is great, but we will train mechanically inclined candidates who have previous manufacturing experience and have consistent work history!
Pay is based on previous experience and skill level.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Cloud, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
