Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Chisholm is part of Minnesota‘s Iron Range, with Redhead Mountain Bike Park offering over 25 miles of trails and Minnesota Discovery Center located about 10 minutes away in nearby Chisholm.
