Today, most of the team's work is building and running the clients our users rely on; the agentic share of the roadmap grows from there. Your work includes secure session connectivity, client lifecycle, cross-platform architecture, user experience, performance, software updates, operational telemetry, and integrations supporting human and agentic workflows. You will own features from design through production, collaborate with teams across AWS, solve complex issues in customer-managed environments, and maintain a high bar for security, reliability, and operational excellence.Agentic WorkSpaces offers a combination most roles don't: the early build-out of agent infrastructure on the scale of a mature AWS service. You will not be starting from a blank page, and you will not be maintaining a system in stasis. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
