Are you a natural leader who loves making people smile?If so… we want YOU on our team!About the RoleWe're looking for a high-energy, people-loving Store Manager to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success! You'll be the right-hand hero to the District Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors.What You'll Be DoingLeading and motivating our awesome scoop squadDelivering top-tier customer service (with extra sprinkles!)Managing shifts, schedules, and daily operationsKeeping the shop sparkling clean and organizedHandling inventory and making sure we never run out of fan favoritesJumping into scoop, serve, and celebrate with customersCommunity relations and customer experienceWhat We're Looking ForPrevious leadership or supervisory experience (food service a plus!)A positive, upbeat attitudeStrong communication and problem-solving skillsLead, supervise, and train all employees in every phase of product preparation, including product portioning, packaging, and cleaning dutiesManage cost controls and inventory.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentWeekend and evening availabilityPerks of the JobCompetitive salaries starting at $50-60k/yearFun, supportive team cultureOpportunities to growEmployee discountsA workplace that smells like waffle cones all dayPhysical RequirementsCarry up to 50lbsStand and walk on a hard surface for 9-10 hours per dayTolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk-in cooler at temperature as low as 32 degrees F during inventoryTolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in Freezer at temperature at -10 degrees F during inventory and stockingIf you're ready to lead with positivity, work hard, and have a blast doing it, apply today and help us keep the good times (and scoops) rolling!Let's make work sweet.
