Dietary Aide Full Time (afternoon shift)

Job Responsibilities
Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and food service to meet the dietary needs of our residents
Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain accurate records of food and supply inventory, as well as resident meal preferences and dietary restrictions
Assist with food quality control, ensuring that all food is fresh, clean, and safe for consumption
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to food service
Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve the quality of our food service
