Position: Restaurant General Manager

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant by providing leadership, coaching, and direction to the management team and hourly staff. This role oversees all aspects of daily operations, including guest satisfaction, food quality, financial performance, staffing, and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading day-to-day restaurant operations while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Driving sales growth and profitability by managing labor, food costs, and operational expenses.
• Recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members to build a strong and engaged workforce.
• Creating a positive, accountable, and performance-driven work environment.
• Ensuring compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Monitoring financial performance and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives.
• Building strong relationships with guests while resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain successful teams.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, including budgeting, labor management, food cost, and profit-and-loss statements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
