operations, including cash games, tournaments, and promotionsAssist in interviewing, hiring,

train, schedule, and supervise dealers, and supervisors.Assist to ensure compliance with

all gaming laws, regulations, and internal policiesMonitor game integrity and

resolve disputes in a professional and timely mannerMaintain high standards of

customer service and player satisfactionCollaborate with marketing and

management teams on strategic initiativesQualifications3+ years of experience in poker

room or casino managementStrong knowledge of poker games,

rules, and industry standardsExcellent leadership,

communication, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work flexible hours,

including nights, weekends, and holidaysExperience with poker room

management systems/software preferredHigh level of integrity and

professionalismPreferred SkillsTournament organization and event

planning experienceData-driven decision-making and
