We are seeking experienced Mechanical or Electrical Work Package Owners (WPO) to support the delivery of a multi-billion-dollar AI and high-performance computing campus in Hawesville, Kentucky. This program will ultimately deliver up to 480MW of mission-critical infrastructure on a large-scale redevelopment site and represents one of the most significant data center projects in North America.

This opportunity is ideal for construction leaders who have successfully delivered electrical or mechanical packages on hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, LNG, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, power generation, or other major EPC projects.

What You'll Do

As a Construction Package Manager, you will serve as the package owner for a major discipline scope and act as the critical link between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client stakeholders.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading execution of large electrical or mechanical construction packages
• Driving Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), Installation Work Package (IWP), and Construction Work Package (CWP) strategies
• Managing subcontractor performance, productivity, quality, and safety
• Coordinating engineering deliverables to support construction readiness
• Resolving technical and field execution challenges
• Supporting construction sequencing, constraint removal, and workface planning
• Driving turnover, mechanical completion, startup, and commissioning activities
• Managing contractor interfaces and client relationships
• Ensuring successful package delivery against safety, quality, schedule, and commercial objectives

Preferred Experience

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent industry experience
• 10+ years of construction, commissioning, startup, or package management experience, preferably in an EPC
• Data Center experience
• Previous responsibility for major contractor or subcontractor scopes
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, schedule, and cost management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project execution environment.
